Refunds

A fair refund policy.

Short version: failed or under-delivered audits refund themselves, unused credits are refundable for 14 days, and if a delivered report is genuinely broken we’ll fix it or refund it.

Refunds that happen automatically

  • If a paid audit fails to complete, the credit returns to your balance automatically — you don't need to ask, and you'll see it noted on the audit page itself.
  • If an audit reaches fewer pages than the tier promises (some sites block automated browsers), the credit is refunded automatically too. You keep the report for whatever was covered.

Unused credits

  • Bought credits and changed your mind? Unused credits are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase — just ask.
  • Partially used packs are refunded pro-rata for the unused credits within the same 14 days.

Completed audits

  • A delivered audit consumed real compute to produce, so completed audits are generally not refundable.
  • That said, if a report is genuinely defective — wrong site, broken evidence, unusable output — tell us and we'll make it right with a re-run or a refund. The evidence in every report is machine-traced, so "genuinely defective" is easy for both of us to check.

How refunds are paid

  • Payments are processed by our merchant of record (Polar), so approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Polar. Allow 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
  • To request one, reply to any email from us — your purchase receipt or your sign-in link — and include the email address you purchased with.
